Below is the progress of your order:

1. First: After you finish placing your order, it will be captured and transferred to "Processing" to process. This process would take 1 day to complete, because we handle a lot of Nigerian order each day.
2. Second: After the "Processing" of your purchase, your order will be ready to be shipped out. We will send you the tracking number via the phone number and also email that you used when placing your order.
3. Thirdly: Delivery times will be 3 business days via GiG Logistics.

* Please note that shipping in Holiday season would take 5 business days more than the usual 3 business days.

Since an order needs up to 3 business days to be delivered, please don't reach out to us if that period has not passed.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After we have shipped your order out, a Text and email which is entitled "A shipment from order #LBxxxxx is on the way" will be sent to your phone number and email that you used when placing your order.

After that, click on the GiG Logistics link we will send to you  "View your order" then you will land on your order's status page where you can track your order.

All you need now is just simply click to input the tracking code provided at that page to check your order's status.

**Please note after receiving your tracking number it can take up to 5 hours for the tracking to update on GiG Logistics website**

DO I HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA FEE TO SHIPPING COMPANY TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

After processing your order we will send it to the shipping company GiG Logistics and they will completely handle it. You won't be charged extra fee for the final delivery, In this case, no matter where you live you won't be asked to pay them any fee to receive your order.
